The petition was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. It says the two have been separated since July 2025. Goth is 32. LaBeouf is 40. They met while filming "Nymph*maniac: Vol. II" in 2012. They married in 2016. In 2018, they said they were divorcing, but they stayed legally married. They reunited in 2020 and had a daughter in 2022. Goth is asking for primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old, with visitation rights for LaBeouf. She also asked the court to deny spousal support for both sides. The petition cites irreconcilable differences. It was the first marriage for both. The filing came one day after another legal development. LaBeouf settled a lawsuit for the second time with FKA Twigs, whom he dated while he and Goth were apart. In a 2020 suit, FKA Twigs alleged that LaBeouf emotionally and physically ab*sed her. She settled and dismissed that case last year. In March, she sued again, saying the nondisclosure terms in the settlement illegally silenced her under California law. On Monday, she moved to dismiss the second suit. Court documents say LaBeouf agreed to void those terms. In June, LaBeouf was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to punching three people outside a New Orleans bar during Mardi Gras.
