Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Spread chili in an oven safe 10-in cast iron skillet. 3. Prepare cornbread mixed with eggs and milk. Stir in cheddar cheese. 4. Spoon batter over the chili. 5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 min, until cornbread is golden and cooked through. Note: Other brands of chili and cornbread mix can be used. Follow package directions for any different cornbread mix.
