I do wash my rice about 3-4 times I find as I use a rice cooker if I don’t my rice is gluggy from the starch. If I cook a small serve in the microwave I wash it once. Glad you frozen taco meat & beans were delicious with the guacamole and sour cream. Hope the chilli will be just as good.
