Prepare the bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into bite-sized rounds, about ½ inch thick. 2. Warm the peanut butter: Add ½ cup peanut butter to a small pan over low heat. Stir gently for 1–2 minutes until warm and smooth. 3. Add cocoa powder: Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and stir until completely combined into a smooth chocolate peanut butter mixture. 4. Coat the bananas: Remove the pan from the heat. Let the mixture cool slightly, then dip each banana slice into the chocolate peanut butter mixture until coated. 5. Arrange on a tray: Place the coated banana slices on a parchment-lined tray, leaving a little space between each piece. 6. Freeze: Transfer the tray to the freezer for 1 hour, or until the bites are firm. 7. Serve: Enjoy your creamy, chocolatey frozen banana bites! ⏱️ Preparation Time: 10 minutes ❄️ Freezing Time: 1 hour 🍌 Servings: 4 🍫 Yield: Approximately 20–24 bites 💡 Tips: - Use creamy peanut butter for easier coating. - Choose ripe but firm bananas. - If the chocolate mixture is too thick, gently warm it again. - For sweeter bites, use naturally sweet, ripe bananas. ❤️ Just 3 ingredients, no baking required!
