Damn!!! This sounds like my life. My brother and step monster called CPS on me because my 15yr was spreading lies after I took her phone away. This was 2 days before a scheduled C-section and 3 months after losing my sister. I was granted guardianship of her then 2.5 yr old and 3 month old. The allegations were so bad that they came to take them and my 2.5 yr old away. Then told me that they would show up to the hospital after I gave birth to check my newborn as well. Then waited until I got home and sent the police and CPS to my house again. This went on for almost a year.

if u feel that way than u need to do what is best for u yr 2 yr old and urself. ask urself this question if both of yr sons did ................ would u treat them both the same way or would u be harder on one than the other??! and if u have an answer Great but if u can't answer that question then u need to let him stay with your mom. or whoever!!! and it's ok if u can't answer that question . and nobody needs to know the answers except u

you should always try getting your son back teens say things they really don’t realize what they say or do and forgiving is a must he’s only 14 years old but you as a mother always always forgiving him and your 2 years old your right they don’t understand and that’s is actually how teenagers are and your brother so what he says and or do walk away and don’t say anything and or do anything everything comes back to thoses say and do things to those that are innocent
