my old therapist tried explaining this to me. basically by changing your present (making a different choice about your behavior and life now) changes your future which will eventually change your perception of your past.

Yr old with no kids… if they change their thinking will kids suddenly appear?… if you had an accident 10 years ago and lost both legs…. thinking differently will make your leg appear? 😒😒 I understand the concept….. but there are certain things that cannot be changed. That’s just a rule of the game…. I didn’t make the rules 🤷🏽♂️

I was born into a Drug and Alcoholic environment I started using at 13 til 24 . At 28 I decide to live a drug free and sober life. so according to the Q.P theory I never was an addict n alcoholic as soon as I quit at 28 right ? 👍
