And their recruiting and player development team is elite. They’re talking to and recruiting kids that no other club has blinked twice at, and then in 3 years they’re superstars of the game. Light years ahead of the rest. Other clubs would be smart to start scouting kids that have had meetings with Geelong, they might learn something 😂😂

They still won't win anything, 1 flag in 16 years for the teams they've had and constant finals appearances isn't great. Even that flag was against Sydney who don't turn up grand final days.

There better but they don’t have elite players anymore there veterans are still there best players. There recruiting to be relevant no chance of winning a flag just have a look at Brisbane and Fremantle developing there young talent.
