@aub.real: My first hurricane experience in the US, but definitely NOT my first rodeo with storms! 😂🌀 Born and raised in the Philippines, I’ve experienced some crazy typhoons, but the strongest one I experienced was Super Typhoon Odette(Rai). And stupid me? I was drinking like it was just another ordinary day. 🍻😂 I didn’t take it seriously enough… until the eye of the typhoon passed over our city. 😭 I can’t even explain what I felt or what I was seeing in the darkness. Plants were flying everywhere, trees were bending and the wind is like a girl shouting, and our windows were shaking! 😭💀 Thank God they didn’t break! Water was rushing down our stairs, and little did we know, our roof had already been ripped off by the wind. 🏠💨 And me? I started chugging my drink like there was no tomorrow because suddenly, I WAS NOT READY TO MEET MY MAKER! 😭😂🍻 Hoping this will just be CAT 1-2!
