@mistercomics: The noise around Hal Jordan’s ring usage in Lanterns is totally valid. The writers actually gave Hal’s restraint an in-universe explanation: after decades as a veteran Ring Bearer, Hal knows that constantly flashing green light on Earth draws unwanted cosmic eyes and burns through battery when raw instinct, detective work, and street-level grit get the job done just fine. Still, even with the lore justification making sense, Hal Jordan is the guy who defined Green Lantern willpower. We all wanted to see him unleash that ring and flex some classic, full-scale construct firepower before passing the torch. Wish we saw more? #Lanterns #HalJordan #GreenLantern #DCU #DC

For a green lantern show he barely makes any construct 😑

They captured Hal's construct so accurately. Where even other JL members are joking about it 😂

I’m a larper ngl but how he hasn’t been 💀 by a sniper or the ring protects him from any bullet or he has to make shields to protect himself

SexyAlfredoGuy :

He only made two actual constructs besides bubbles 😭

fubar :

and ppl say there was zero ring use

Theodore :

How is he alive I thought he got shot in the head (I've only watched the 1st episode)

rrsynt :

Perhaps he was inspired by the ball he didn't want to let go of

Albertano :

Ori :
