I would k!ll for a galentines day. Always seen it but was never invited to one. Never had friends to plan one. As an adult, not having a solid group really starts to mess with u. It really does. Plus Im very awkward & have 0 social skills so making friends isn’t easy for me. It gets very lonely.

Sad how relatable this is. I always have felt like this. Welcoming so many people in my life but never feeling that reciprocity. Soul sister are needed and I’m hoping to one day find them and be one as well. Crying about this is so valid!

I hate to put it this way because I still love my parents. But at a young age, your parents kind of dictate your future. And in my case my parents were superrr strict. So everytime a friend would invite me somewhere I always had to say no and so they just gave up on me and moved on. Now I’m 30 and it’s hard to make friends as an adult 🥺
