This is almost the same situation that happened in the tragic Nepal flood! The city officials KNEW already that the area had RAVINES and it had a NATURAL course of water flowing…. !!🙄 Very foolish decision there to push the water back with dams or basins (maybe a ridge or wall/barrier to prevent floodwaters from overflowing into dry land) and they turned the previous river paths into streets and then build houses and a town or city all around the area! 🤦🏽🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♂️so then the dam breaks and the water follows the ravines and wipes out all the people, homes, schools, business and cars! 🫣 Horrible! Completely preventable!

Siempre miran desde su privilegio y creen que el resto no existe. Para ellos sobra la empatía cuando el problema lo viven otros. La solidaridad no debería depender de la comuna ni del bolsillo.

Ninguno de los metereologos, pudo dar una insinuación de la isoterma o de los milímetros de lluvias y que PUDIERA HABER UNA POSIBILIDAD DE ALUVION. Los del tiempo estan muy al debe.
