Given that there is no precedent for this, it is very likely that SCOTUS will have to eventually decide. They did resuscitate her at the hospital so the prosecution can argue that this interfered into justice being administered. Does a death row inmate who survives the execution is to be resuscitated or should a de facto DNR be applied. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in future death sentence hearings.
