You’re ligaments start to loosen closer to birth. So your feet might be getting longer and wider. Mine never went back and now I wear a size 9🫣

I use a tiny bit of Aquaphor or neosporin in a q tip and apply it inside my nose. I didn’t have a stuffy nose those! But wanted to share in case it can help.

My feet were swollen in my third trimester and they went back down after birth! My moms did not. Seems to be a roll of the dice on if they will shrink back down or not 😅

They sell a saline gel that worked really well for me. It felt like it retained moisture longer than the spray.
