Building review and alteration-agreement requirements, DOB filings and inspections, procurement, delivery windows, work-hour rules, sequencing, punch list, and closeout can all affect the critical path. So who owns the timeline? The general contractor must coordinate the construction schedule, surface dependencies early, and keep the moving parts aligned. But the overall path also depends on project scope, approvals, building requirements, existing conditions, and licensed professional coordination. No fixed timeline should be assumed. Fully insured.
