Nothing is concealed from His sight: “All things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account” (Hebrews 4:13). The Lord searches the heart and tests the mind (Jeremiah 17:10). “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good” (Proverbs 15:3). You cannot flee His presence; darkness is as light to Him (Psalm 139:7–12). He sees the widow’s mite and the secret sin alike.
