When is Reddington bringing this up to the supreme court or a higher court? It is obvious there are a lot of corrupt people involved that do not intend to seek justice for the kids and instead biased to find Lindsay guilty at all costs.

Sullivan is going to stonewall every effort by the defence so that the decision falls on the DA on whether or not she is retried. And the DA will miraculously say, based on blah blah blah, we believe there it is not necessary to retry LC, as long as she agrees to remain in Tuxesbury.
