Youu need to let go, I know that isn't easy because I still haven't gotten over my ex, but if your genuinely having thoughts like this you need to go to therapy. I know that doesn't really help but posting this on Tiktok will not help you either. You have to learn that him moving on is apart of life, you have the choice to do the same but you wont be able to do feel better if you dont take the first steps.
