@kuyarj1: Day 35 of trying to save my restaurant. Just because this series is doing well doesn’t mean my restaurant is anywhere close to being saved. Last night, I received a DM from a customer who’s been following this journey and rooting for PLB. Unfortunately, she had a pretty terrible experience with us. I looked into what happened, and it turns out we got unexpectedly slammed with only one cook, one boba barista, and a trainee. Being busy isn’t an excuse. That’s an operational failure, and ultimately, it’s my responsibility. I’ve since spoken with Thomas and the entire team about what happened and what needs to change. The TikTok series might be growing, but PLB still has a LONG way to go. And to the customer who reached out, thank you for caring enough to tell me. hi there i work at ino and i make mistakes like this ALL the time where i accidentally forgot to give out a extra bag of fries and they drive away go home and see it’s missing , we are ALWAYS gonna make a mistake so don’t beat yourself too much but i understand where you’re coming from, my manager also takes responsibility for our mistakes like how you are and i love that ! but also know its hard to always predict business so never beat yourself for that bc i work at ino with 30+ min waits everyday but they come back everyday for good food and attitude we give !, you give that energy out but it sounds like other workers dont and they’re are lacking when you’re trying to do better

Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow it to thicken. 3. When ready to serve, spoon the chia pudding into a bowl.
