Sheet pan dinners saved my clients more than any meal plan ever did. Here are 10 I rotate with my clients constantly. All high protein, all under 30 minutes, and all ones your family will actually eat too. 1. Chicken fajitas. Sliced chicken breast, peppers, onions, Trader Joe’s taco seasoning. 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or tortillas. About 42g protein per serving. 2. Salmon and asparagus. Costco salmon fillets, asparagus, lemon, garlic, olive oil. 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Around 40g protein and basically zero effort. 3. Turkey meatballs and roasted veggies. Trader Joe’s turkey meatballs, zucchini, bell peppers, sweet potato. Toss it all on one pan. About 38g protein. 4. Sausage and potato bake. Aidells chicken apple sausage, diced baby potatoes, broccoli, olive oil and seasoning. 425 for 25 minutes. Around 35g protein. 5. Chicken thighs with sweet potatoes and green beans. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt. One pan, 30 minutes, done. About 44g protein. 6. Shrimp and broccoli. Costco frozen raw shrimp, broccoli florets, soy sauce, garlic. 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve over rice. Around 36g protein. 7. BBQ chicken with roasted corn and zucchini. Brush chicken breast with BBQ sauce halfway through cooking. 400 for 22 minutes. About 43g protein. 8. Greek chicken. Season chicken with lemon, oregano, garlic. Add cherry tomatoes and red onion to the pan. Serve with tzatziki. About 41g protein. 9. Pork tenderloin with Brussels sprouts. Costco pork tenderloin, halved Brussels, balsamic glaze drizzle after roasting. 425 for 20 minutes. Around 39g protein. 10. Sheet pan egg bake. Whisk 8 eggs, pour onto a lined pan, top with turkey sausage, peppers, cheese. 350 for 15 minutes. Cut into squares. About 37g protein per serving. Works for breakfast or dinner. The women I work with who stay the most consistent aren’t reinventing dinner every night. They find their 8 to 10 favorites and rotate them weekly. No new recipe rabbit holes. No hour long cook sessions after a full day of work and kid stuff. 📌 Save this for your next grocery run. #highproteinmeals #healthydinner #mealprep #DinnerIdeas
