@miquella220: For my fellow Austin celiacs, here are some incredible gluten-free spots you might not know about, all found on SansGlu (link in bio): 🍰 A Bakehouse (20 minutes outside Austin): This dedicated gluten-free bakehouse makes amazing croissants, brioche, and biscuits. Many locals still haven't discovered this gem! 🍽️ Nectarine (Dripping Springs): Their chocolate croissant is a bestseller and is completely gluten-free. It's not just the salads here that are safe! 🌿 Casa de Luz (Zilker): This unique spot has been serving one fixed, fully gluten-free plate daily since 1991. There's no printed menu, just fresh, wholesome food. 🍗 The Well (Downtown): The chicken and waffles here are a must-try, and their bar even pours dedicated gluten-free brews, not just regular beer. #glutenfree #celiac #austintx #glutenfreeaustin #sansglu
