I remember this guy at this anime con started giving out pamphlets he said were made by Bryce Pabenbrook DURING his panel and he was super confused. He also looked down people's shirts while distributing the pamphlets. Another anime panel with the same guy, David Vincent was talking and the guy kept trying to ask him of he would like to be that baby on the Nirvana Cover over and over again and asked him about skin flakes. [I kept asking questions so he could answer normal questions instead] Then that same guy got up during Chris Cason's panel and kept taking the water next to him [meant for him] and drinking it loudly.
