My dude… the whole point of a ‘brûlée’ is that you put sugar on it and burn it to melt it on top… you needed to put that sugar on regardless. You’re literally doing nothing if you just torch the top of a posset with no sugar on it. Not trying to be mean, just a friendly tip for next time
