@anndrama27: YESTERDAY, I WAS REMINDED ONCE AGAIN HOW GOOD GOD IS. 🥹🤍 This happened yesterday around 10:45 PM. I was so tired from working and super sleepy na, but my tummy was asking for food. I was actually planning to sleep na lang and eat the next day, pero for some reason, something kept pushing me to go out. So I decided to walk to 7-Eleven to buy myself something to eat. What surprised me was that my wallet was inside my mini bag. Normally, hindi talaga ako nagdadala ng wallet whenever I go to 7-Eleven, but that night, dala ko siya. And again, God is good. 🤍 While I was at the counter, about to pay, may nahulog na coins si Nanay. Napalingon ako and helped her pick them up. That’s when I noticed the piece of paper she was holding. She was computing something, and I happened to see 1/2 kilo of rice written on her list. I don’t know why, but that little detail really stayed with me. After paying, I went over to her. My first thought was to ask her to do some grocery shopping with me sa 7-Eleven, but I noticed that she was having a hard time walking. So instead, I decided to give her some money na lang, hoping she could use it for whatever she needed. And to everyone who was concerned about my story last night, ito po yung reason why I was crying. 🥹 I was already emotional on my way back, and even after I got upstairs, I couldn’t stop crying. Ang totoo, hindi na rin ako nagutom. I didn’t even get to eat the food I bought. I ended up falling asleep while crying. I can’t fully explain what I felt that night, but it reminded me how blessed I am and how sometimes, the things we take for granted can mean so much to someone else. I almost chose to stay home that night, but somehow, I ended up exactly where I needed to be. God is good, always. And I pray that He continues to bless Nanay and everyone who’s silently trying their best to get through each day. 🥹🤍
