Dont get me wrong I love my job but some customers make it so hard to enjoy my shifts whether it be cuz of their attitudes or the absurd modifications they make to their drinks

Customers have become way too entitled especially with our remake policy. Like u aren’t gonna go to McDonald’s and get a burger, eat half the burger, then decided u don’t like it and ask for a chicken sandwich instead. But yet they do it at Starbucks with their drinks and we HAVE to just remake/give them a diff one
