@barberpvco: If you’re a barber trying to charge more, stop pricing your services based on your own wallet. One of the biggest mistakes barbers make is looking at a $60, $75, or $100 haircut and thinking: “I would never pay that.” But you’re not the customer. If you want to grow your barber business, you have to stop deciding what other people can afford for them. Your job is to build enough skill, trust, demand, positioning, and client experience that the right client understands the value of the price. Not everyone is supposed to book with you. And that’s okay. But if you keep pricing based on what feels expensive to you, you’ll keep building your business around your own financial limitations. Stop asking: “Would I pay this much for a haircut?” Start asking: “Have I built enough value to justify charging this?” That’s a completely different question.
