@brightliferoad: Valve Disc Sticking / Sluggish Movement 🔹 Causes: Excessive lubrication or oil degradation forming gummy deposits; Carbon coking caused by high temperatures; Oil film adhesion force forming between the valve disc and valve seat; High ambient humidity, forming a water film on the valve disc surface. ✅ Solutions: Control oil injection volume within a reasonable range (excessive lubrication is actually detrimental); Use high-temperature oxidation-resistant lubricating oil (flash point ≥ 230°C); Apply PTFE anti-stick coating to the valve disc surface; Clean valve assemblies regularly (every 2,000–3,000 hours) to remove gum residues and carbon deposits.
