I live in Alpharetta. We pay Fulton County taxes as well as Alpharetta city taxes. Somehow we don’t have the issue with evictions. People here sign an agreement contract that they can abide by.

I think this is a two part…these agents approve these applicant’s with overtime monies to meet the qualifications when they both know they can’t afford it…some yes, didn’t pay..some are there outside of there budget.. it’s all a mess.. and they are study building new housing
