@gossip_overcoffee: A longtime reality-TV relationship has reached a turning point. Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge have confirmed they are no longer together, sharing separate public statements on October 8, 2026. Fans first got to know their connection through MTV’s Ex on the Beach, where they met in 2017. Their relationship later became part of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, giving viewers a window into their life together and their growing family. They share two daughters, Mila and Maya. Taylor said she ended the relationship and described feeling that she wasn’t receiving the respect she needed. Cory acknowledged that he could have been a better partner, apologized, and said he wants to focus on personal growth and being present for his children. Their descriptions of how the breakup happened aren’t identical. Cory later characterized the decision as mutual, while Taylor said she left. Those are their individual accounts, and we shouldn’t turn either statement into a complete explanation of everything that happened privately. For viewers who followed them for years, this is a significant change. But public confirmation of a breakup doesn’t mean every rumor surrounding it is true. Neither their statements nor this post establish a cheating allegation, and there’s no reason to direct hostility toward either person. The confirmed update is that their relationship has ended. What their next chapter looks like will be theirs to share. Our coffee conversation: when you’ve followed a reality-TV couple for years, does their breakup change how you watch the show? Keep the discussion respectful. ☕💛 Sources: PEOPLE and Us Weekly, October 8, 2026.
