@thepinklotus1: We at The Pink Lotus – Spiritual & Wellness Center are getting ready for our annual ✨Christmas sponsorship✨. Our little angels are busily putting a list together of children we will be able to provide gifts for this year. If you are doing the best you can to provide for your family, but are financially struggling, and you live in the Lehigh Valley, PA area, we are here to lend a little help to bring Christmas to your young children. We will be selecting 1 family this year, who demonstrates a significant financial hardship, who would otherwise be unable to provide a Christmas for their children, and who have children under the age of 18. 💜All referrals/letters demonstrating financial hardship must state: the number of children needing gifts, the family’s address and contact info for the parent, and must be submitted by November 1st via email to [email protected]. We will contact the family no later than November 15th to let them know that they have been selected for this year. (NO SCAMMERS PLEASE!! If you are not in desperate need of financial help, please be considerate of those who actually are.) The process is as follows: 1) We receive referrals/letters regarding the nominated family’s financial hardship. If you are referring a family, you MUST make the family aware that you're doing this. No surprises! 2) We will be selecting the first referral that meets the above criteria and that we feel would be a good fit. First come, first serve. 3) We will then contact the parent to get a wish list for each child under the age of 18, and we will try our best to get as many (gently used or new) gifts together as we can. All of the gifts are given to us as donations. 4) Once we have selected a family, we will be asking for donations of specific items, or gift cards so that we may purchase those items for the family. 🩷Please PM us with any questions. *This is my 10th year doing this, and every year has been a huge success.
