From the vague updates, it kinda sounds like the friend has some past issue and maybe the parents projected? I think OP did everything correct and sounds like a great dad, so it’s good the outcome was good and they worked it out. But that would put my guard up for sure

i mean from a dads point of view i think it was normal to be a little freaked out yes the things they said was abit over reaction but it sounds like somthing happened to the kid so cant really blame maybe just have her bring extra clothes foe your house just incase

I see a lot of ppl commenting that maybe the fiend had been SA’d and that parents are super overprotective bs. So over protective that they couldn’t answer their child’s phone calls while she was in someone else’s care? What if instead of a period accident it had been a life or de*th situation and they were trying to contact them?

If never let that friend at my house again. The kids can still hangout but not under my roof and not around me. It's too much of a risk to have her there if her parents flip out like this for you simply washing her pants, they will flip out over anything they deem predatory.
