Abortion IS dangerous, since the fetus dies every time. No such thing as a safe abortion

As a child, you had to watch your parent's face and mood all the time to know if you were safe. When your parent was upset, you learned to think "What did I do wrong?" or "How can I fix this?" You became an expert at reading people because your safety depended on it. But now you're an adult, and you don't need to be everyone's mood detective anymore. Most people's bad moods have nothing to do with you. You can slowly learn to let other people have their feelings without it being your job to figure out why or fix it. You are not responsible for making other people happy. This might feel scary to believe because you learned that love meant taking care of everyone else's emotions. But healthy people don't expect you to manage their feelings for them. When someone is sad, angry, or stressed, those feelings come from their own life, thoughts, and experiences. You can care about people without carrying their emotions like they're yours. Learning to say "That sounds hard" instead of "What can I do to fix this?" is a big step toward freedom. That voice in your head that says "It's all your fault" learned to talk when you were small and couldn't understand that adults are supposed to handle their own problems. Children naturally think everything that happens around them is because of something they did. The guilt you feel now is that same child's voice, still trying to make sense of things that were never your fault. When you hear that guilty voice, you can gently remind yourself: "I was just a kid. Adults were supposed to take care of me, not the other way around." The fear of disappointing people or being judged comes from learning that love felt conditional. You might have felt like you had to be good, helpful, or perfect to be worthy of care. But real love doesn't work that way. People who truly care about you will still love you when you make mistakes, say no, or have bad days. You don't have to perform happiness or helpfulness to be lovable. You are already enough, just as you are, even when you're not trying to make everyone else comfortable. You spent so much time focused on everyone else's emotions that you might not even know what you're feeling half the time. Start small by asking yourself simple questions: "Am I hungry? Am I tired? What do I actually want to do right now?" Your feelings and needs matter just as much as everyone else's. When you start paying attention to your own inner world, you'll have less energy to spend worrying about everyone else's. This isn't selfish - it's healthy. Taking care of yourself actually makes you better at loving others in real, honest ways. #innerchildhealing #emotionaldna #anxietyrelief #healingtiktok #HealingJourney #emotionalintelligence #anxietyhelp #emotionallyimmatureparents #innerchild #cptsd #traumahealing #emotional #emotions
