Hey this is my hometown, Tell the whole story! He was taking up the sidewalk where local residents couldnt walk, He was violating the public easment law, Mayor Matt Mahan dropped the fines and spoke to the pastor to help relocate him to somewhere where he isnt blocking the sidewalks!!🤷♂️🤷♂️
