@livenowfox: New York officials gave new details Thursday night about an ICE-involved shooting that left a man hospitalized. An officer fired at least seven rounds into a car, wounding a man while a five-year-old boy sat unharmed in the backseat, according to New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. In a post on X, DHS said the encounter happened during a “targeted enforcement operation" to arrest a "criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic," adding that the man had a prior criminal conviction for grand larceny, and multiple prior arrests.
