Easy Fried Calamari 🇮🇹 This is how to make Fried Calamari the Italian way. Fried until golden and crispy, and finished with sea salt and lemon. In Italy it’s often fried alongside other seafood, but today we’re keeping it simple. Light, crispy, and perfect for the holidays or anyday. No breadcrumbs. No sauce... Just Italian Calamari Fritti! Ingredients: 1 lb fresh calamari 1 cup semolina flour 1 cup 00 flour Salt, to taste 1 lemon, cut into wedges Sunflower oil, for frying Instructions: 1. Rinse and clean the calamari, cutting the bodies into rings. 2. Toss with the mix of semolina and 00 flour, shaking off excess. 3. Fry in hot sunflower oil for 2–3 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp. 4. Season immediately with sea salt and serve hot with lemon wedges. #seafood #EasyRecipe #fyp
