OK ladies I see a lot of "banned where I live" here are some alternatives 1 Heavy metal water bottle with a good handle 2 carabiner on your keys heavy ones 3 loud personal alarms (these with a defensive tool are a must) 4 hat pins the long ones look for things you would carry normally you can swing take krav maga or another easy striking martial arts not just BJJ or grappling
