@jbsolicitors: Being left out of a Will doesn’t always mean you’ll get nothing. In some cases, the law allows a family member to challenge a Will if they believe they haven’t been fairly provided for. The court looks at things like their financial situation, health, and relationship with the person who died. So even if a Will says one thing, the court may decide that someone should receive a share of the estate. If you’re thinking about leaving someone out of your Will, or you’ve been left out of one, get legal advice before things escalate
Can i make sure that if anyobe disputes my will IT ALL just be donated to charity ?

Absolutely no point in a will then, my parents left an amount to their estranged son of 30 years and he can still claim absolutely disgusting

I’m all for not stitching up your siblings but a will is set by the deceased who is passing on there money property. It is a legal document declining what and where they want there worldly possessions going

Great single people can only have autonomy over who gets the super if that is done through a will and even a will is not enough to let our wishes be met. Life is not fair and now to know that my last hope that I get a say in what happens to me and my stuff probably is not going to happen either. Even in death we get screwed

Seriously what’s the point of a will. The other daughter might have mistreated the mother why should she be entitled to anything???

A testamentary trust is a specialised legal arrangement written directly into Your Will that only comes into effect after you pass away💯

This happened to my mother. She wasn’t notified about her mother’s death (my nan) until a year after. She was left out of the will for unknown reasons but her sister got everything which I assume was millions because they were very well off. My mother is too unwell to contest it so she just left it alone.
