@mariaornelas3610: A Michelin star doesn’t guarantee a five-star experience. 🫠🥂 Went to Camphor in DTLA expecting an amazing dinner and left wondering how a restaurant at this price point could get so many things wrong. An hour waiting for our steaks, questionable wine charges, incorrect drink service, and a manager whose reaction to our concerns was more disappointing than the meal itself. I have no problem paying for an expensive dinner. I DO have a problem paying premium prices for poor service and an attitude when asking legitimate questions about my bill. Fine dining prices should come with fine dining hospitality. The Michelin star means nothing to me if the customer experience doesn’t match.
