@pro.glitch: How to start an AI business with AI employees, step by step This business has four employees and none of them are human. You do the two jobs they can't, and I'll show you the mistake that kills it in month two. The example is a service for dental clinics: social media posts and Google review replies for $600 a month. Dentists are a good fit because one new patient is worth well over $1,000 to them, so bring in one a month and you're the cheapest hire they ever made. How to build AI employees for a small business service: Pick a service people already pay for every month. The test: if you can write the checklist, an AI employee can do the work. Write the job before you hire anyone. One clinic, one month, one page: 12 posts, every Google review answered within 24 hours, and a report on the first. Every AI agent gets built from that page. Build the board. One Google Sheet where every piece of work has a status: Draft, Checked, Approved, Posted. That status column is how the AI employees hand work to each other. Employee one, the creator. Every Monday it reads the clinic's briefing and makes 12 social media posts with the clinic's real photos. Employee two, the checker. It checks every draft against 14 rules. Dental is medical, so no promises like perfect teeth in one day, no before and after photos without consent, and a review reply never confirms someone is a patient. Employee three, the account manager. Every two hours it pulls new Google reviews and drafts a reply in the clinic's voice, then sends a monthly report. Employee four, the prospector. It finds clinics with three or more bad reviews nobody answered and drafts a note quoting those reviews. You read it and you send it. Your two jobs: the sales call, and the approve button, because your name is on everything that goes out. That is the human in the loop. The mistake: building on one big prompt. Month one looks great, month two the posts repeat and the clinic cancels. The fix is the harness: a memory of everything posted and how it did, skills that change with the results, and a briefing that grows every month. Done right, ten clinics is $6,000 a month on a couple hundred dollars of tools. This fits freelancers, agency owners and anyone who wants to start an AI automation business around local service businesses. Start with one clinic and one employee. Building these employees, the briefing, the memory, the skills and the checks, is exactly what I teach inside my community. Seven courses, step by step, in order.
