I’m so jealous that you have an offsite office. I’m the ops manager/GM of a brewery. I struggle getting admin work done at the brewery bc if I’m physically there I get pulled in every direction. But I also know the importance of face time in my business. I would love a close (ish) place to work 10-20 hours a week but not in the brewery.
