This is the whole story. He never said anything to a minor that was sexual. The minor in question was actually an overage which employee and what ended up happening is he didn’t know that he was supposedly talking to a minor. He didn’t know the age of the person he was talking to he was smack talking somebody saying fuck you and all these other different things as you would to somebody that’s talking shit to you and then the twitch employee then fabricated by deleting messages to make it look like it was a sexual matter because words like fuck were used in the chat thread the twitch employee was posing as a minor falsifying documents and he sued in 1 millions of dollars the problem I have in all of this is that they only went public with the twitch employee side of the story and they didn’t come out publicly shaming that twitch employee and exonerating doc. It’s not about if you like the guy follow the guy or you don’t like the guy or follow the guy what it’s about is doing the right thing and they should have had to come out and say this is what happened this is why that happened and Doc was never talking to a minor, but since they didn’t come out and say these things, it still makes all these rumors and all these accusations that are false being spread around further ruining this guy‘s name this happens entirely too much in our society and I feel that rather than twitch having to pay millions of dollars that they should have to hold that employee accountable, and that employee should have charges pressed against him and he should be riding in a prison somewhere
