@yasminalexsagil: wow this was a very hard and rewarding day. I made dumplings from scratch and it was tough. even with prepping the day before. I have much respect for all chefs in all environments but I will say the food truck chefs might be the most crafty with the limited space. I would love to thank bamba food truck for this wonderful learning opportunity and an opportunity to make dumplings for the tucson public!!!
