Sometimes I wonder if God is actually fair, or if we just made up this whole idea of 'God's justice' because we're too scared to accept that life is just random. We never got to choose what family we'd be born into, where we'd grow up, what kind of life we'd have, or what kind of world would be waiting for us. Yet somehow, all those differences just get called 'fate.' Some people are bom with every chance to enjoy life, while others have to learn how to survive before they even get to experience what living actually feels like. And we're still expected to believe that all of this must have some kind of purpose. Maybe the most fucked up part isn't that life is full of suffering, but that maybe all that suffering doesn't even have a reason. No hidden message. No cosmic balance. Just humans desperately trying to find meaning in something that might've never had any meaning to begin with
