I don’t even add skills… I’m not about to base my agent’s principles off of someone random. Do you know how easy it is to find documentation for whatever niche you’re in, .md the file? Or are you taking the knowledge that you’ve gained from whatever profession you’re in, and turning it into working files for your agent, and then adding the proper python script to make your agent self learning.
