Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter and egg, then knead into a soft dough. Allow it to rise. 2. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and spread the mashed Titus fish mixed with onion and pepper. 3. Roll the dough tightly into a log. 4. Cut the log into even round pieces. 5. Arrange the pieces in a greased baking pan, brush the tops with beaten egg and allow them to rest briefly. 6.
