I was looking at places to buy. my parents came to a lot of the inspections with me. when they thought my parents were buying they were so nice. as soon as they realized it was their 24y/o kid they stopped being so nice.

I had one in Beenleigh snort at my offer, put the written offer in and never heard from him again and it sold for 20k under the offer. Cocky for no reason and clearly wasn’t putting offers to the owners.

My first job out of uni was real estate marketing. The stories I have. Ugh. One included an agent who called his assistant Christmas Eve because he couldn’t find his car in the Eastland carpark. So made her leave her family and come and get him.

Once my husband and I started talking to the real estate about issues the house had, and another couple over heard us and we were TOLD OFF by the agent! “Thanks for screwing up the sale..” mate the house wasn’t up to code and had mould!
