This child wasn't crying because of the calculations of victory and defeat, nor did she understand the language of sports tactics; rather, she was crying because she felt, instinctively and purely, that her exhausted country needed this victory to breathe. [1] Her tears flowed to wash away the worries of an entire nation that has long suffered under harsh conditions. Her tears expressed the feelings of every Yemeni citizen searching for a glimmer of light amidst the darkness of reality. She cried to tell the world:
