Alum powder, just put a little on your pinky and press it to the sore, it'll sting a little at first but then it goes numb and it'll be gone in a few days!

rinse with hydrogen peroxide, pat it dry (I use a heavy duty paper towel so I do t get lint in my mouth 😭) and then apply a thin coat of this. it’s gonna sting, but then it’ll go numb, so just let it dry down a bit before closing your mouth
