I grew up in a 1% family and I was raised to value kindness, humility, integrity and genuine relationships. I absolutely look down on social climbing. There’s a difference between building meaningful connections and viewing people as opportunities. Not every wealthy person sees relationships as transactions. Some of us were raised to value character over status.
