Oh my god this has been me for a year. Nothing is helping or working! 😭😭😩😩estrogen cream not working, pelvic floor therapy not working….ultrasound normal! Next is urologist!

I have IC there is no cure, seen so many specialists and I was told STOP with the coffee, chocolate, soda, fruit juice, anything acidic. Drink a high ph water not tap water very acidic. It has changed my life for the better. I’ve suffered for over a decade and I’m telling it helps. I always felt like I had a UTI it’s inflammation of the bladder. Also sex can trigger a IC flares as well. I use vaginal estrogen lowest dose once a week and that will help with the dryness, so that when you’re intimate, it doesn’t cause an IC flare. Alcohol also will cause a flare, fruit as well. Keep a food diary it helps. Also tomatoes was one of my triggers & bell peppers, or any type of peppers. It’s a lifestyle change for sure and since I’ve made changes it’s helped tremendously. Good luck to everyone.
