@bakeswithmarlene: Brownie S’mores Cookies 🍪🤎🍫 Send this to someone you want to bake with!🤎 Ingredients Cookie dough * 110 g dark chocolate * 60 g butter * 100 g granulated sugar * 50 g brown sugar * 2 large eggs * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tbsp neutral oil * 150 g plain flour * 50 g cocoa powder * ½ tsp baking powder * ¼ tsp salt For the S’mores filling * Crackers * Marshmallows Instructions 1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar and eggs until pale, thick and fluffy. 3. Whisk in the vanilla and neutral oil. 4. Slowly mix in the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined. 5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Fold everything together just until combined. Do not overmix. 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a piece of graham cracker and a marshmallow on the baking sheet for each cookie. 7. Scoop the cookie dough over each S’mores stack, making sure the filling is completely covered. Gently poke a small hole in the centre of each cookie so a little of the marshmallow can peek through while baking. 8. Bake at 175°C for approximately 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centres are still soft. 9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes before carefully moving them. 10. Decorate with melted chocolate, enjoy! 🤎 #baking #bakingrecipe #smores #cookies #recipes
